As we commemorate World Water Day 2024, the urgency of the global water crisis becomes increasingly evident, with 3 billion people experiencing annual water shortages and 2.2 billion lacking access to safe drinking water. However, our efforts are often impeded by inadequate stakeholder engagement, governance challenges, fragmented data, and barriers to collaboration.

At Water for Tomorrow Ventures, we’re on a mission to change how data are utilized to enhance collaboration within the water sector. Our new AI project, WaterOS+Machi UI, is meant to serve as a central hub for data resources, analytics processes, and stakeholder collaborations, streamlining solution-building and project development in the water and climate sectors. Machi UI, our chatbot interface, offers customizable navigation through complex data and network insights.

We’ve just reached a major milestone with WaterOS+Machi UI — a working prototype! We’re seeking strategic partnerships and investments to support the development and expansion of WaterOS+Machi UI.
